The urgent need now is finances to move forward. The house we have been looking at is perfect for our needs and you can see the photos here. We have found a funding partner. We have already raised nearly $19,000.00 dollars but we need to raise more! In order for us to get our financing we need at least another $24,000.00 dollars and we need pledges to prove that we can pay the mortgage for the first year.
